No, I'm not talking about the Microsoft product. Not a lot of joy to be had there. I'm talking about the windows I've been joyfully installing in our house today with the help of Aygun. Before getting to install anything today we went on a big clean up of the floor. Mostly render, which in a large quantity is very heavy and straw which is everywhere of course.

We cleaned out the kitchen, store room, office, walk in robe and most of the lounge. It is a big job which has been long deferred as a low priority but finally had to be done. Very satisfying. So we have a number of rooms looking quite finished, with windows now in our bedroom, studio and ensuite. It makes me want to move in now until I walk outside the house and see how much still needs to be done. If the doing of them is as enjoyable as today then that going to be just fine.
