This is a short blog, as Peter and I have both come down with a slight bug/gastro and are only just holding our bodies together! Peter has had some contracting work, which is fantastic for our bank balance, but has meant some very long days and burning the candle at both ends.

Regardless, we are as happy as fishies in the sea! The sunsets are getting more spectacular, and the roos are getting more and more fascinating and we are coming to terms with the fact that we actually did it!

We are going to Confest over easter for some serious R & R and are looking forward to holding a workshop there for any one interested in straw bale building, as we are keen to keep sharing our knowledge. We are also having friends stay at our place whilst we are away - we are looking forward to sharing our home with lots more people in the future.

Last weekend we finished off the rendering of the second bedroom, which is great, and will mean we can have visitors over with a bit more privacy. Must go, I can hear Dylan waking... have a safe and fabulous Easter!
